So i know all of you think of us as the best workout music known to man. We do produce just the absolute best fitness music and exercise music but today... we are going to talk to you about something entirely different. Almonds...


They are a cholesterol reduction tool. They are low in saturated fatty acids, rich in unsaturated fatty acids and contain filling fiber, full of antioxidants and plant based.


Almonds do show a high calorie number however you shouldn't fear this calorie number because studies suggest that almonds are actually beneficial when it comes to losing weight, despite their higher calorie content.


One trick is to consume almonds throughout the day to reduce hunger and desire to eat later in the day. Dieters love to snack on almonds throughout the day.


Here are some of the known health benefits

  2. Holds key nutrients to heart health including arginine, magneisum, copper, manganese, calcium and potassium.

They also help you maintain bone health especially as it pertains to your teeth. Who doesn't want that?
