Best Single Meal You Can Eat

So I know… I know… we are the best workout music you’ve ever heard… but we cannot claim that we truly care about your fitness journey without also caring about your workouts AND your diet. So we were asked on a phone call over the air the other day, If we had to eat just one meal for the rest of our lives to help support our workout, our fitness, while of course listening to the best workout music internet radio station known to man… what would that be. So here it is.

Organic Brown Rice + Organic Chicken + Organic Broccoli.

Spices differ from Cayenne Pepper, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Sea Salt, etc… Switch ‘em up or have an all in one party.

The reasoning… well that’s simple… Brown rice is full of healthy starchy carbohydrates while maintaining a low glycemic index and glycemic load… Which will give you energy but also will not contribute to fat gain.

The Organic Chicken is a solid source of protein…

Organic Broccoli has all the vitamins and nutrients to support muscle growth.

Any of the recommended spices will also help you reach your goal.

Cayenne Pepper - Will help you lose weight as it helps level out glucose levels in your blood stream.

Turmeric - This is a POWER puncher of health benefits. It helps fight inflammation, helps you work out longer… one report said it was stronger than steroids… which at first I didn’t believe until I drank Turmeric tea before my workout… and now I’m a believer

Black Pepper - This helps with the digestion of all the different foods

Sea Salt - This comes with electrolytes and helps offset the amount of water you’re drinking so you don’t OVER hydrate and helps your muscles from cramping.

SO there you have it… Short, sweet simple, versatile… if you want it to taste different… put different spices on it… It’s a great fat burner, muscle building, machine. :) Okay and now back to the best free workout music internet radio station man has ever seen!
