Healthy Chocolate Mousse

I know… We are a workout fitness internet radio station…. But… on top of being the best workout music, your fitness journey won’t be successful unless we also talk about eating right, nutrients and fast ways to lose fat. One of the easiest ways to achieve this is Avacados. So here is the recipe for Chocolate mousse that challenges any other chocolate mousse recipe only it’s healthy. Typically if I don’t tell people it’s healthy… they don’t know.


RAW CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

½ Cup of Medjool dates (de-pitted)

½ Cup of Maple Syrup (grade B if possible, Grade A is okay too)

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

2 Avocados (de-seeded and skinned)

¾ Cup of Organic Cocoa

½ Cup of Water


DIRECTIONS:

Put all this stuff in a blender. Blend on high until creamy. Put Cream into bowl(s). For optimum results put bowls in refrigerator for 20 min. Take bowls out, put spoons in, then server to people. This typically serves 2-4 people.

Medjool Dates - This is an awesome healthy sweetener

Vanilla Extract - Also helps you lose weight and also SUPER healthy for your skin.

Maple Syrup - Another healthy sweetener. This is excellent in aiding with digestion. Digestion is important because we aren’t what we eat if we can’t digest it. So if you want to see the full benefits of eating healthy fats and protein… this will help you build a healthy digestion process.

Organic Cocoa - So believe it or not, there have been several studies done that show that dark chocolate has more antioxidants than acai, blueberry or cranberry juice. About 2.5 times more. A little bit of organic cocoa may be your healthiest choice. It helps keep arteries healthy and protects from cardiovascular disease.
