Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

So I know… You usually think of us as the best free workout music and internet radio channel… However… once again… we cannot genuinely care about your fitness and workouts without also talking about your diet. To show you that we genuinely care about your fitness and workout… TODAY… we are giving you this recipe for HEALTHY Chocolate Chip Cookies…

2 bananas

¼ cup grapeseed oil

¼ cup grade B maple syrup

½ tsp Vanilla Extract

⅔ CUP flax meal

1 cup brown rice flour

¼ tsp baking soda

½ cup shredded unsweetened coconut flakes

Pinch of sea salt

¼ cup dark chocolate chips (60% or more cacoa)

What you need to do is blend everything but the chocolate chips in the blender to make the batter… once the batter is made… take out an oven pan… Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F… The pan should be stainless steel or cast iron… try to stay away from the non-stick pans… they have all sorts of health problems associated with the “non-Stick” glue they put on them and when it heats up… those chemicals are not only released into the air but also released into the food. So take your Stainless steel or cast iron pan… make the batter for the size cookies you want… sometimes you want to be fun and make HUGE cookies… and sometimes you want small and portable. Do whatever you want.. then put the Dark Chocolate Chips in… and cook until finished…
