The best pre-running stretches

The best workout stretches start from top of the leg and go down the leg. Before you begin listening to the best workout music and exercise music on the planet.

  1. Stand feet and knees together. without bending your knees, bring your arms slowly down to the ground. Hold this for 20 seconds or about 5 breaths.

  2. Same as #1 except put your leg left over right and do it again.

  3. Same As #1 except put your leg right over left.

  4. Spread your legs about shoulder width apart and lean down slowly to the right side.

  5. Same as #4, but to the right.

  6. Same As#4 except to the middle

  7. Same as #4 except craddle your arms and swing back and forth.

  8. Next stretch out the inner thigh by leaning to the right side

  9. Next stretch out the inner thigh by leaning to the left side.

  10. Next stretch the right quad.

  11. next stretch the left quad.
